About Ursula Philpot
Ursula is a consultant dietitian and senior lecturer who believes good nutrition is central to both physical and mental health. Her approach is evidence-based, compassionate and practical, helping people make realistic changes that are achievable in everyday life.

Ursula is part of NHS England's national Clinical Reference Group (CRG) for Eating Disorders and contributes to national working groups on complexity, longstanding eating disorders and autism.
