How many sessions will I need?
This depends on a number of factors; such as how long you have had the problem for and whether this is one of a number of other issues which might also be interlinked. Most clients will require a minimum of up to 6 sessions to implement and notice change. We will review progress after each block of 4-6 sessions and decide together if more sessions would be useful.
Clients can directly self-refer.
Referrals are accepted from GPs, Consultants, and any other health and social care professionals. We also accept referrals from a range of private insurance companies.
Complex Cases: Commissioned Service
We also offer one-off consultations on complex cases for NHS Organisations which benefit from a 'deep dive' approach, which includes an assessment with the services involved, the client and family/carers and offer treatment recommendations.
